     Although relatively new in the real estate profession, Julia V. did an outstanding job in marketing my condominium in Smyrna, GA.  She started with a thorough market analysis of comparable properties that recently sold to assist me in setting a realistic market price.  Her prior marketing and customer service experience was obvious from the start and continued through the listing period until closing.  As an out-of-town owner, I was especially appreciative that Julia oversaw my property and kept me alert of what was going on in the condo community.  She made an effort to always promptly get answers to questions I raised.

It is my pleasure to share our family’s great experience with Julia V. We had never been to the Atlanta area and were relocating from Florida.
